Presenting Opportunities
TITLE SPONSOR (1 or 2)
$3000 lead level; $1500 shared level
Exclusive rights: listed on all paid advertisement, listed on direct mail
advertising, radio spots, business name & logo on the front of the Exhibitor
Registration Brochure, banner outside the facility and outside the exhibitor
arena.
WORKSHOP SPONSOR (12)
$400 each
Exclusive rights: name and logo on Workshop Brochure and inside program
panels, sponsorship on all workshop materials, option to present expertise
as part of workshop content.
General rights on all presenting sponsorships include: listing on web site,
link to web site, free exhibit booth, audio recognition in the morning and
the afternoon, listed on letterhead (by July 15), materials for give-away
bags.
Proprietary Opportunities
RECEPTION SPONSOR (3)
$750 shared level
Exclusive rights: banner displayed at the reception.
LUNCH SPONSOR (3)
$300 shared level
Exclusive rights: name and logo printed on tickets given to exhibitors,
appropriate signage in luncheon area.
FRESH START BREAKFAST SPONSOR (3)
$250 shared level
Exclusive rights: name listed on detailed Map of Exhibit area, appropriate
signage in breakfast area.
PRIZE HUTCH SPONSOR (3)
$500 level
Exclusive rights: business name announced for two hour block of door prize
drawings, logo included on insert in
Program Brochure, posters at the registration table.
