BUSINESS ASSISTANCE SERVICES The Lincoln County Economic Development Office (LCEDO) is the service delivery organization for business assistance in Lincoln County. LCEDO provides access to a full menu of assistance services through its affiliations with the Lincoln County Commissioners, Coastal Enterprises, Inc. (CEI) and the State of Maine's Department of Economic and Community Development. These services include financing, venture capital, business counseling, and technical training for employees.
